At Safety Vests and More, we prioritize your protection and satisfaction; if your high-visibility gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all apparel is unwashed, unworn, and retains all original safety labeling and packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all reflective strips are protected from creasing and that all tags remain attached.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the safety equipment for compliance, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
